Respected members,
I got an order in a writ petition from High Court against the government and subsequently Govt filed a writ appeal against the order. The writ appeal filed by the Govt. came to hearing and the GP not attended. Similary honourable Chief Justice posted for 7 months.
Mean while can I file contempt basing on the earlier orders. Some of our advocates suggested me to file a contempt and saying the pending of writ appeal can not be considered in filing contempt.
