Hi,
I have a appeal under MFA pending in high court since last 2 years for the divorce case. In case I do not get justice due to too much biased judiciary, and this appeal is dismissed, then can I appraoch the supreme court directly filing leave application for the high court order?

Yes. You can appeal to the Supreme Court under Special Leave Petition (Civil) within 90 days from the date of the judgment of the High Court.
