We don't have patiala peg to discus this serious issue of 37% BPL people who are in numbers 47 crore.  No father / mother like to behave their children use for patiala peg.

Mr. Hemant, either you do not want to see or do not experience of their lives in the open dirty footpaths and in villages.  They are forced to live like animal in forest.  What our democratic government did & do for them???

"Democracy doesn't mean WITHOUT CONTROL LOOT."

I fully agree with the above idea. But before jumping to conclusions about how it can be done, we need to determine the facts where is the ACTUAL LOOT loot taking place and who is the REAL LOOTER. If a person is legally owning 10 houses or legally earning Rs 1,00,000 per day that does not make him a "looter", if he is paying his taxes honestly. In return this person is also helping many people earn their livelihood and their families. If Tata, Birla & Ambanis are rich, it does not mean they are looting anybody, on the contrary their are providing employment to lakhs of people and their families. The main question is what is the government doing with taxes and money thus collected. Is the money being properly spent? I do not think so. Just read the following that says:

"A woman with a BPL card looking for means to treat her ailing husband and feed her family has been running from door to door trying to sell two of her five children, a second of its kind incident in four months in one of the poorest blocks of Malda........................................Sahai (State Action against Hunger and Inequality) under which the poor are fed meals. In Malda district Rs 1.3 crore meant for Sahai is lying unutilised"

Now question arises, if even every single rupee from rich is completely taken away by government, will it solve the problem? Why already money lying idle with government is not being utilised? Is somebody in the government waiting for some "idle" oppurtunity to happen(like storm, rains, floods, earthquake) so that it can be siphoned off? Reference: https://www.telegraphindia.com/1101103/jsp/siliguri/story_13132630.jsp

Another one where a father in exchange for Rs 700 and two bottles of country liquor is selling his children. The “deal” was finalised in full knowledge of local CPM leaders. Now what is the crime of "rich" in this when leaders of a political party that is supposed to represent the poor are indulging in heinous crimes against poor.  Reference: https://www.telegraphindia.com/1100922/jsp/northeast/story_12963514.jsp

Why the Court proceedings are such difficult so that a poor common man is made helpless and away from seeking justice ?

Why the justice denied on technical grounds ?

The mass people those are struggling for one time bread in a day why they are kept away from getting justice without any role of money ?

Why the judicial system is made in which the common men cannot represent their case in a one-time one-day hearing in equally simple proceedings without hiring an advocate ?

At every step in judiciary the money matters so the real deserving poor people never reaching to courts.  SO WHAT THE JUSTICE IS BEING DONE IN JUDICIARY ? AND TO WHOM ?

For poor people the courts and justice are forbidden fruits.

We should find the way out to get the judicial proceedings done without money and without any advocate.

THEN IT WILL BECOME THE COURTS IN DEMOCRATIC INDIA WHERE EVEN POOR PEOPLE CAN HAVE JUSTICE.

WE HAVE TO REACH TO A JUDICIAL SYSTEM FREE FROM ANY ADVOCATE OR MEDIATOR.

LIC friends please give your valuable opinion as to how can it be done ???

Dear Mr. Ram Samudre,

IT IS best to stop hallucinating about Rich or Poor people.  Nobody (including you or me or the govt.)  makes you rich or poor.   It is the way you earn, invest & spend that makes you Rich or Poor.    Kindly stop expecting that the poor should be given everything free at the cost of the rich.   This atttitude & thinking in itself is making the poor more poorer.

Sell off your computer and give the money to the poor,  who will definetly spend your money on his patiala pegs.   Thereby making you further poorer.

Rich people, Poor people, Rights, Injustice and other nuisance what-not demands are all politicians words and such words are also used by religious leaders and other sadistic biased introverts.

Nobody stopped a Poor person from becoming a Rich person.  Neither the constitution nor the Govt. nor the Judiciary is against anybody (whether Rich or Poor).  It is not the duty of the other public or the govt or the judiciary to make anybody  Richer or Poorer.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE ANYTHING FOR FREE ?
As it is the Govt., NGOs, Public are already providing free food, free education, free medical,  free legal services, free houses, free land, free marriages  and several others.   MORE THAN 20% of the GDP is being spent by the Govt., on such poor people for the last 60 years and in all proabilities it will continue for the next  "n"  number of years.

IF you keep feeding the poor for free for life-time,  then India will always be a third world country like Somalia.  Better to stop hallucinating with unwanted philosphies.  Even if goddess Laxmi were to give away all her unlimited riches to the poor people of India, THEN too poor'ness will never end.  There will be 100 crore more new poor people, within a decade.

WHY NOT WORK AND EARN FOR EVERYTHING  (as I do).

FURTHER MORE,  I suggest you to keep your postings in abeyance till you have personally made someone Rich and THEN provide the update on that poor person whom you have newly made a Rich person.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

I do not insist that the government should make every poor the rich but I insist that it is the duty of the Government to secure fundamental rights of each & every citizen and yes luxury should be charged for it and it is the only duty of the a democratic Government to work as Robinhood.  I insist it is the duty of the Government to ensure food, education and medical assistance to all irrespective of their earning.  I do not insist that the Government should take up the cars of rich people and give one Honda City or Nano to every poor.  Please try to understand the task.

These are the same 47 crore BPL people, who without application of mind, elect the incompetent govt and then start crying foul and then start demanding freebies for life,  THINKING THAT THE GREEN-GREEN NOTES EARNED BY THE RICH PEOPLE WERE GIVEN BY THE FATHERS OF THE POOR PEOPLES.

It is not good to keep an  "evil-eye"  on the Green-Green notes of the Rich people.   These Green-Green notes were earned by the Rich on their own and not robbed from the poor.

EVEN if you cannot smile, still try to, atleast it will improve face-value.

Keep Smiling .... Hemant Agarwal

What should I say more? You made me wordless.  I am talking about sun rays and you are talking about honeymoon.

SOMA DAS (Asst. Teacher)     25 July 2012

Respected Sir/Madam,

Respectfully, I beg to state that, I got appointment in Carmel School,Gurunanak Road, Durgapur-713205 on 03/04/2006 as part time basis for Rs.2500/-as monthly remuneration. It was an offer by management committee of the school. I was requested to submit my bio-data with copies of all certificates. After that I got the appointment. Since then, I was working in Carmel School, Gurunanak Road, Durgapur-5. I was doing my job honestly. School authority as well as management committee was satisfied on my service. I was doing at my best. Time to time, that means year after year my service was renewed. Last year i.e. on 01/04/2011, I was upgraded by School Authority and management committee. They gave me First Year Probation. But this year, school authority has terminated my service w.e.f. 31/03/2011 without any reason. I appealed for renewal of my service. But they do not.I was never be warned for a single time. I was never be noticed for termination. Sir/ Madam, May I not expect for justice ? I know that my service was on yearly contract basis. My employer has right to terminate my service. But may I not expect any reason for termination. I was doing at my best and school authority was satisfied on me and so that I was upgraded in service from part time teacher to contract basis teacher and at lastly as "Probationery Teacher". This was given by Sr.Marie Ivy A.C.(Principal) and Sr.Sarita Menezes A.C. (Management Representative) of Carmel School, Gurunanak Road, Durgapur-5 on 01/04/2011. Now, Sr.Kiran A.C.(Principal),Carmel School has terminated my service. How can I survive I don't know, without my service i.e. without any earning. In this middle age is there any possibilities to get service once again ? Presently, I am 40 years 7 months. I have requested to renew my service to pricipal. But, Sister Kiran A.C.(Principal) told me to come but not to sign in attendance register. School authority not want to keep any record of my presence in register. I have met school management committee and stated my case. They are surprised about the fact. They told that they don't know about termination of my service. I went to all of my previous principals Sr.Deepika A.C.,presently posted at Carmel School, 41 Gariahat Road, Kolkata and Sr. Marie Ivy A.C.,presently posted at Carmel School, Desopriya park, Kolkata. They are also upset for the fact. They suggested me to write a letter to this platform for justice. I know that, I will not get any legal support. But, may I not get any moral support on humanitarian ground. May I not expect any notice atleast one month before my termination of service. School (Principal) has given me the letter of termination on 29/03/2012, while I was applied for renewal of my service on 06/03/2012. Not only that, the remarkable fact is, date was written on the letter is 01/03/2012 to prove that it was served to me in one month earlier before the lapsation of my service contract. Please make any enquiry  on myself from parents of the students of the school, senior teachers,my colleagues or anybody associated or not associated with this school. This is utmost prayer to you. Please help a helpless, jobless middle age woman. Thanks, Soma Das, Asst. Teacher, Carmel School, Gurunanak Road, Durgapur-5.
