My wife and inlaws are legal terrorist ,they have filed false 498a,125,DV,406,323,505 etc...I feel like i have more charges than KASAB....God bless men in india.
Anyways coming back to my question to the experts in this forum...
1.My lawyer said that my Wi$E have made a private complaint to court on Ipc 406( through private complaint) and i will be recieving he summon in coming days.
I have been called for mediation on 1st week of july,i have the stay on arrest(case is in UP) on 498A case, what is the chances of me getting arrested on 406?
Whats the process of 406 private complaint? Please reply...
