can one file a case against traffic police?

may be an RTI can help you. public officers are scared to justify their action on paper.

in the meanwhile, i have got a response from ACB which i think is largely due to the overwriting in the challan.

the automobile association has not yet responded to RTIs i have requested them to file. looks like 2 simple questions are enough to scare the Delhi Traffic Police, so much that even the association is scared to put them up!!

please help me find somebody willing for a sting operation!

i have also made an application for RTI (link below) to make the case stronger and would appreciate if this can be sent by a news journalist, any tips to make this better are also welcome.
