AP State Government issue patta lands to people on different situations like compensation to lands forfeited by government,..etc.
One such patta land holder wants to sell his land for money. He have patta issued by municipal authority. Now that land is under Gram panchayat, within soon that area is going to come under the perview of municipal corporation authority.
But on that patta there are some conditions like ,,, that land should be enjoyed by original issuer and his decendents only and it is not transferable...etc
Please suggest shall we buy that land (60 Sq.Yards) from patta holder.?
If yes, what formalities should we follow ?
Please help us in this matter.Thanks
