I work for a private Co wherein I was offered Retention Bonus(RB) forming part of my CTC. On enquiring to management they are of the view that Retention Bonus(RB) shall only be paid only after successful completion of 12 month from the date of joining but no where mentioned in the appointment letter. This is my third year in the organization. I have 2 queries mentioned below.
1.Being RB part of CTC can employor deny paying RB which is ideally my right.
2.Dont I have right on proportionate basis for the period of service rendered.
If the Co still denies what measure can i take against them.
