Can third party upi can do transaction from victim

I have been victim of cyberfraud  fraudster has use his UPi is it valid if I am not registered with that

Such scams are at a rampant , hence it is advisable that you be careful in such issues, you can report about the stealing of your money by the scamsters to the cyber police
