can we purchase property?

We want to purchase agricultural property in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.
Details of property rights are as follows:
Father written gift deed in the names of daughter and grandson. As per the deed, daughter can enjoy the property during her life time but not has sale rights. But grandson has all rights including sale after the death of daughter only. Grandson is major now.
Now the question is: Is it legelly viable to purchase said property with the signatures of both daughter and grandson as well?

Hello,

Grand son is competent person to execute sale deed.

There is no need to take signature of both daughters.
