I want to know whether one can run an Online certificate course under the banner of an educational society.
I have seen many healthcare professionals (sometimes not even the banner of any educational society) are conducting workshops on treatment techniques and at the end of the workshop they gives certificate that xyz person has completed the certificate course on xyz topic.
Kindly guide me whether these practices are legal in India?
