Cancellation of adoption deed of notary.

One widow done adoption deed of two of her girl children to two relative in family on non judicial bond by notary.Now Can it be cancelled on behalf of adoption given family?

No. But has the necessary procedure for adoption was performed, if yes, the adoption can not be cancelled.

It's one issue that came to my notice.The adoption deed was done by notary on non judicial bond fixing revenue stamps, taking mutual consent.Now adoption taking party blackmailing and demanding money.Can adoption giving party file a suit to cancel the deed in civil court?
