cancellation of relinquishment deed

Your mother in law can challenge it under the provisions of senior citizen act. It all depend on the terms and conditions of agreement. 

Yes mother can get cancelled relinquish deed by filling civil suit for cancellation of relinquishment deed or can get possession of property back under provisions of Senior Citizen and Welfare and Maintained Act.

Any suggestion depends upon the date of execution of the deed and the conditions therein.
