i had purchased a land of 0.04 decimal in 25th jan 2010. mutation of which was on 09th feb 2010 and also received the patta. again in 14th jun i purchased one more plot from the same person adjesent to my plot of 0.01 decimal, mutation of which was over on dec 2010. but in april 2012 the seller has cancelled both the sale deed in the office of the registrar through a registred "Cancellation of Sale Deed" Meintioning that til now he has not received the value of the land which he had sold. what should i do now?
