sir i reside in Saudi Arabia when i was on vacation to india a real estate owner by hiding the dispute transfered a plot of land on my name by saying that i can pay the amount in installament but when i knew the disputed with the neighbour i want to return him the plot but i am here in saudi arabia and i can not go india for 2 more years is there any procedure to reurn the plot or cancel the sale deed or cancel the registration please guide me
Note: The plot already on my name and registered through registrar office i had paid some amount to him but after knwoing the dispute i adjusted the paid amount in other plots which also i purchased from him and some amount was due to him for other plots and other plots also on my name.
