Hello Legal professionals,
I bought a BSNL broadband + telephone when there was an offer announced by BSNL. The offer was no Installation or any extra charges for broadband.
So i booked a connection, when they came for giving line they asked for Ravi kumar - we sent the person back asking him to correct the name in records and then come give an connection.
He said the name got corrected and finished the connection few days later. First month bill has come now under wrong name(My name is Ravishankar and they have put Ravi kumar) with Installation fees of Rs 250
Already wen to local bsnl office, and then madhavaram exchange - they say ask the person who gave connection.
When called the guy who gave the connection he is lying and finally says what ever you want - go talk to AO in Veppery BSNL office.
Am being played as a ball from here to there - i want to file a case in consumer court for their behavior.
