I want to file a case against NIHO constructions, a builder having registered office in New Delhi. I had booked a flat in their project in Indirapuram on No EMI till possession basis in 2008. The bank involved is ING Vyaysa. As per the agreement they were supposed to pay me EMIs till possession and also deliver the house in 18 months. Till now they have not started the project and also stopped EMIs for more than one year now... After many follow up i had cancelled the booking in June 2012 and also went to Police for a solution when builder stopped responding. Till now no respite... I have been struggling chasing Police, Builder and mentally harassed by Bank. I had paid approx 6 lacs as booking amount and Bank had disbursed full amount of 45 lacs to the builder in my name.
