My brother married 10 years back on 1st Dec 2001, after marriage her wife created lot of problem. Now wife has left home & reached near her parent in Delhi and send samman against husband, jeth, devar under DV act. Now they are planning to make a false case under section125 against our family. We are worried about.
Is the Dowery case can put after 9 years??? and how we can save from this false case??

whether divorce case is filed by your side or opposite side.? section 125 is for maintainance for interim period unless divorce case is decided, the amount is decided by salary( normally 1\3 part) the range from 800/- to 5000/- . u can go against the order against section 125, not to fear.
