Case filed bu govt against a patho lab running without licence

Respected , I am the owner of a patho lab in orissa which was run by me without licence. The CDMO seized the lab and have initiated a case called 2 c c case. What can be done by me. Can it be compounded. Regards

Only pathologists registered with MCI can run path labs.


Discuss with local lawyer.

Hi i agree with kumar doab sir advice if you have not authhorized than how you can run thats type of business and now you need to got help of local lawyer which tell you some  way to came out
