Case filing urgent plz

Respected Sir,

Someone my relative is residing in USA. He is 85 years old. He is in in nursing home. He has property in USA and India. His son is his general power of attorney regarding all his properties in USA and India. One of his property in India is under dispute. Whether his son who is his GPA holder can appoint a special power of attorney to look after  his disputed case in court and to appoint an advocate for the same??

It depends on the clauses of GPA. If GPA has mentioned in it that he has right to appoint advocate then he can do so. Adv Reeti Shah reeti@corpusjurislaw.com 9930285557
