cases withdrawn

Hi everyone.... Had filed sec 13 hma in civil court in return to sec.9+125crpc filed by wife in fly court same jurisdiction along with DV case. Cases filed in 2012 i had fought party in person for most of the cases. DV filed but not proceeded by wife. Meanwhile i sold all.my properties in.my name Gifted flat to relative who later sold off. After a legal battle..... Wife came for compromise for staying together. Had a 3 yr old kid.... I agreed But on following conditions:- No inlaws involvement in fly matters. Staying in our ancestral house registered in my mother's name. No visiting workplaces of each other as i am a medico person. Withdrawal of cases pending judgement in maintenance cases. Etc. Etc other terms as per fly court format rule 34 of fly court act..... Yesterday wife submitted purshis for withdrawal of all cases and i did the same. She alredy joined matrimony 1 mnth bak. Of course now i am aware shr still can be lethal as maintenance can be demanded anytime by wife. So now started off living 2 gtr on a happy note..... I would always be on this forum ever as it has helped me a lot..... Thanks to all experts helping in fighting legal battle..... I never felt alone bcoz of this forum in 2 yrs even when defending alone in court. Thanks again
