Cash credit loan and deposit

Dear Sir/Madam, if a customer regularly pays his interset due on time for his/her cash credit account but doesn't deposit any amount continuously for three months can it be considered an NPA account?

Whether customer is having a house?
Family income, Type of employment, Family strength & position of members (Schooling children or Old parents etc.)
Payment mode & consistency of time (specific week in a month)

Whether he requested for loan deferment?
If not, ask him to give that. If he's trying to avoid you may consider his A/c as NPA.

It is always advised to enter into amicable settlement through Lok Adalat to avoid further disputes.

Any default for three months causes to NPA of account.
