If a particular Cast panchayat being running by member who is orders like Khap Panchayat and restrict it's member to go to few other members home or social functions and don't allowed them to come to its members home or social functions and impose a heavy fine to its members.
it's like social boycott by Panchayat without any serious or heinous crime.
Pl let us know is it justified ? will Our constitution allowed such Dadagiri? Is it against of freedom of equality ?
