A Made Caste Certificate Through Agent (who made it by forgery) . A Certificate Was Original and genuine . B is The Brother Of A and B Made Caste Certificate Through His Brother . So Here Is My Question that B Did't prduce Any Fake Document By Him He Produce the document which Came From Competent Authority . So Can B will Get Prosecuted or Not ? If Yes Then Why ?

Section 463 of the Indian Penal Code addresses forgery, defining it as making any false document with the intent to cause damage or injury. As per the law, possessing, using, or presenting a forged document, knowing or having reason to believe that it's forged, constitutes an offense. The intention to deceive or gain an undue advantage is not necessary to establish guilt. The use of such documents, even if obtained innocently or from a reliable source, can lead to legal consequences.
Therefore, even if B obtained the document from his brother (A), if B knew or had reason to believe that the document was forged, he could be prosecuted under IPC for using a forged document, despite the fact that it originated from a competent authority.

The caste certificate cannot be cancelled by the authority who has issued it. Caste Verification Committee and Caste Scrutiny Committee have been constituted by the different State Government for verification and cancellation of Caste Certificate.
If any complaint is made against the Caste Certificate of any person of any particular category with the allegation that he has obtained forged caste certificate, the same shall be verified by the Caste Scrutiny Committee in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the Rules/Government Orders.
