Caste change in tc

TC is not a valid caste certificate and the usage is only for seeking admission to other institution.  The caste certificate issued by Tehasildar and above rank is the only valid and bonafide certificate for using in all those works, where caste certificate has the validity.   Apply to the Tehasildar and ignore as to what was stated in TC.

if you have no caste then say no caste that is all otherwise you might land in trouble . caste is no panacea to any.
