Casual labour

what do if a employer is doing the wrongful with labour . he is not showing the labour in actual records. can i sue a case in any circumstances against the employer for his wrongful act against the employee.he is not considering any social and statuory obligation in favour of employee

Such matters can be taken up by the Employee's/Trade Unions, Inspectorate of Shops and Estbs Act, O/O Labor Commissioner, Payment of Wages Act, EPFO,ESIC etc..........as applicable in case of establishment and employees.
