Rajan everyone knows even caw cell and ACP that mostly the list of articles presented by the girl is totally fake and false you can ask for compliance of the dowry list submitted by her , hire a lawyer for you and give written reply of the allegations .

Mr joshi appears to be correct,The verfyiable sources of money from where the so called gifts were purchased should also be asked for. You and your family members must have also given her a lot of things they may also be called for. Most of the cases are filed with the ego problems of the in laws of both the sides. Be prudent and try to contact her personally and individually , alone . It is possible that the case might be solved in 2-3 meetings

You can strongly defend your case before the CAW or ACP by following the methods suggested by Mr. Joshi.   It is absolutely absurd that her father included the list of her pre-marriage period educational expenses, which can be highlighted in your reply to substantiate your defence about their false allegations.  Take the aid of good lawyer while attending the inquiry with the CAW or ACP so that you are not pressurised by the cops.

Thanks for your valuable advices on my previous query.

My wife has also alleged in her CAW complaint that our physical relationship is not being established till date....REASON mentioned in her complaint that I am IMPOTENT & could not succeed in establishing relationship...

QUERY: Kindly also suggest how much beneficial it would be for me to get rid of this mess as all her allegations (Impotency) are false?

The problem you are facing must also be faced by her. Can it be possible to contact her ,please try to find an amicable solution with her in the absence of her in laws as in most of the cases it is the egoistic problem of the in laws which spoil the good relations. She has taken an early step instead of waiting and having patience In many cases the husbands are not able to consume the marriage for some time and after some time every thing becomes normal
