Cfsl investigation in case of state fsl failure

In one recruitment scam having 75percent written test weightage, tampering in answersheets by making correct incorrect answers tickmark in blankboxes as well as making incorrect the correct answers to keep out successful candidates have been verified by state FSL and six FIR lodged by ACB. But state FSL having no proper infrastructure have failed to identify blank boxes filled with wrong answers to deliberately fail successful candidates due to negative marking.

Now ACB refusing to get examined by CFSL having better infrastructure. Please suggest ACB has descretion to refuse CFSL examination on complainant request when state FSL have failed to detect blank boxes filled by other persons in answersheets.

First you must do home work that which FSL of FSLs has better infrasturcture to verify the things which you want to verify in the answer sheets and give definite reply.  Then move the application on behalf of the complainant seeking the direction to ACB to get the answer sheets verified.  If the application is allowed it is o.k.  If it has not been allowed, you have to approach the High Court for getting relief.  If you fall within Delhi jurisdiction, you can contact us for any further help.
