Is it possible to challenge a family court order directly in supreme court by bypassing corresponding state high court?

No it is not. However, you may file a PIL challenging the irregularities in the greater interest of the society & justice.
But, it is not advisable to do so. Because, SC is the highest judiciary & if not contested properly there would be no further scope of appeal & the order would be final & binding.

An order passed by a Family Court is appealable in the HC and such an order would have no bearing on the main case before the Family Court.

Do not take a bye pass route, follow the procedures meant for it accordingly if you are really interested in getting the relief over the aggrieved issues.

Please do not do this It will be a waste of Money. Apex Court will ultimately direct you to file your appeal/writ in the appropriate high court. If you do this you will be paying fees to your Supreme court Lawyer and then your high court Lawyer.
