What are the chances of husband's AB request getting dismissed by High court? All other family members have got AB from High court, husband is on interim bail due to mediation but now mediation (after 4 months) is over due to very high demand by wife and her parents (20 lakhs). Husband is ready to pay 7-8 lakhs. Btw wife has mentioned in her complaint that marriage was not consummated because husband wanted her to bring dowry first.. stupid women.. So I need to know what are the chances that High Court (Haryana and Punjab) can also deny AB to Husband? AB request of husband got cancelled in Distt. court due to non recovery of gold items... can High court also dismiss AB request for the same reason i.e. non recovery of gold items? PLEASE HELP. How can husband get AB from High court?
