Change Mother Name in 10th marksheet

apply under CBSE rule there shd be the form in the very sachool check up with school concerned. that will be easier procedure - u need to explain how your mother 's name from baladrvi changed to the other name that u need to explain by an affidavit under a relevant stamp paper of the relevant state, that you have tio check with the stamp vendor he will tell you friend,

My mom name never changed, i have no proof to show that my mom name was Bala Devi and now changed to Raj Bala. But in my 9th marksheet it was written as Raj Bala Which is correct.

and Officer from CBSE says  you have to file case in court.
