Change of divorce case from karnataka state to chennai state

Dear Sir / Madam,

My Name is N. Kalpana. I got married by Jan 26 2012. My husband is working as a hav/clk in army.  He lived with me for just 15 days of time after my marriage and gone to office in jammu. Then i have asked him to take me with him. but he refused and asked me to stay with his younger sister who was staying alone from his parents. His parents are staying very nearby from my husband home.

I was not accepting to stay with his mother. Now my husband filed a divorce case in karnataka.

I want to live. due to financial crises i am not in a position to go to KGF monthly. I want to transfer my case from karnataka state to Chennai.

I would like to request you if anybody can help me on this to transfer my case with a very nominal fees.

as i dont have a father to support me, and my financial position is also very poor, i need a help from any of the supreme court advocated who can able to transfer my case.

Kindly do the needful

Regards,

Kalpana N

You have to file a transfer petition before supreme court only for transfer from one state to another.  This process will be too costly, instead you can spend just 1/10 th of it by attending the case at KGF itself. take the help of some lawyers at nearby place which may solve your purpose.
