Dear Sir/Madam,
Ours is a society in chennai. In Extra ordinary General Meeting, the Board members have decided to change the number of members in quorum to attend the meeting (AGM, GM).
Now my question is , whether there is any standard quorum to be maintained in the (BYe-laws)meeting
Or
Whether it is to be as decided by the members while amending the bye-laws
Or
Whether we can change the quorum mentioned in the BYe-laws by amendment?
