What will be procedure for changing the provisions of section 323 and 324 of IPC to include high tech torture methods using invisible directed energy weapons to cause great pain and hurt. The police, detective agencies seem to aware that these methods are used in India, yet it is difficult to get official information about the agencies and officials who are torturing harmless civilians daily.
