Chargesheet filed..time to start trial (498a)

after filing the chargesheet summons will be issued to the accused.  If he is already appeared and got bail in FIR stage then court wont issue summons to the accused.

We already appeared before magisterate after FIR was filed and now on bail. After this all chargesheet has been filed now. Could you please let me know how would we come to know about our next date for  trial in court ?

You will get summons to appear on the date. You can also check with the court clerk for the next date.
