My Daughter was married a year back , and now her Husband has cheated her and now is trying abandon her , she now has a few months girl baby.when she files for a maintainenance case, he has now filed a petitioned that he is currently unemployed and his salary was just 10k but the fact was that he was a Project manager and high paid in a MNC firm previously. Will it be possible to prove now that he was high paid and will the maintenance case get thru .. My daughter is now finding it hard to keep her baby and also go for work.Im also getting Old and finding it hard. Any advice will be helpfull ...
I have posted this on behalf of My neighbour, She is 60+ and is having a hard time with her Son.in.laws cruel acts .. So thought ul can help her .
