Cheating of property

My brother-in-law and his father-in-law planned and took my mother and registered the house in his name they cheated my mother and also made a document saying that he gave us 16 lakhs only cash payment how to file a case and is the witness liable for this fraud please help me how to file a case

Hello,

You can challenge the said transaction in civil court. However, you cannot file a case against the witness in a fraud case.
