recently one of my friend tried to booked a bike for rent and paid amount in online but when he went to pickup the bike the address they mentioned is fake and theie office was removed since long back..now how can we file a case against on the company..can anyone please help me for filing a case

You can approach to the consumer forum at your district for the redressal or you can just file your compliant online at your state level consumer redressal commission website. You can also file your complaint online at NCDRC website(https://ncdrc.nic.in/).
