i have given my friend an amount of 2.5 lakh in 2017. for interest of 10% ,as he told he will return in an year.
im from bangalore he is staying in kolkata.
for security purpose he has given me 2 blank cheque signed, and i have done a loan agreement as well mentioning all the details
he gave me interest every month even after he couldn't return full amount in an year but told will give interest till he pay back full amount and an year back he took extra 50k and was paying for that also, in the same agreement i wrote extra 50k. given and he has signed too,and gave me 1 more blank cheque. but,
since 2 months he is not paying interest, nit receiving call, no reply for my messages.
now i have an loan agreement for 3 lakh and 3 blank cheque.
so what should i do to get my money with interest back and
please explain me the procedure.
