i am about to file a cheque dishoured, he is not paying my money and said do whatever you want i deposited the cheque today and will file a case, just need more detail as you guys will give proper help, how long can it go? will i able to get my money? amount is big so i am stressed, it was related to money i have given him as a friendly loan.
he gave me house agreement(chopad pati house) but now i found house is already sold.
