My friend got the decree in the promisory note,in 2011, the court recovered the amount ifrom the defendent, the amount in the court. tan engaged advocate not filed the cheque petition from the 2011. othere advocate also not filed the cheque petition. how to get the mony from the court. can the petitioner directly approched the court with any letter or any prescribed proforma. if any proforma is sufficiant please send the proforma.
