Sir,
My elder Brother died in road accident few day back. he was engaged fighting DV, 498A,125 AND custody with his wife at that time. he nominited his 7 yrs old son for all his term,accident,life polices of amount approx 80 lacs and made me as care taker for the same. he had strong wish that he should get custody of his son.
i have below querys pls help me
1. what should i do to get custody of my brother son
2. can his wife claim for his polices and if so how could i stop her
awating your valueable inputs
