If both spouses feel that marriage has failed and cannot be revived and if both agree to end the troubled wedlock then they may approach a very able Senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in family/civil matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the case related docs, inputs etc etc for a considered opinion…. And to draft the MoU and further so as to protect the long term interest of both spouses (or yours or your client’s) so that as to avoid foul play and to effectively handle the foul play if any.
You may have to approach jurisdictional court for divorce by mutual consent.

The separation period for Christians and compared to other faiths was contested and place before Apex Court.....
The mater pertaining to Uniform Civil code was also placed Apex Court.....
