gyan prakash sir... my dv is at evidence stage ..i have given objection to IA...its at lower court.i wanted to skip the case...what shall i do...as i fear that theu will assault me when go to thier court

Skip case, who cares? Judge cares is it, maximum warrant be issued, dont get cot, thats all. But it is advisable to compromise with wife and get MCD, that she take back all cases against you.

 

No use roaming to court. Nor will she get anything nor will you get anything, only lawyer fees get and judge pass some biased order and make you roam to all courts for another 10-20 years.  Thats all.
