In my civil case plaintiff as an witness gives a statement during cross examination which is far different than what he stated in plaint and affidavit also given i don't know answer in response to majority of vital question asked by our counsel relating to affidavit and plaint filed by him.So what i can now do next in order to win the case and whether there is any provision to prosecute him for such an offence(filing of frivolous suit)
