Civil case

Hi -  In our village near Krishnagiri, Tamil nadu there is a person who has occupied lot of lands illegally by creating fake documents and we also came to know we are also victim of this during our father's time (right now our father is expired). Can we file PIL in High court or Supreme court to enquire on this and distribute the land for greived persons?

You may to file a civil suit for declaration and possession of your property on the basis of documentary evidences in your possession along with an application for interim injunction to restrain him from further alienating the property

You can absolutely file a Public Interest Litigation in the High Court or Supreme Court regarding illegal land grabbing. The key is to gather evidence and demonstrate fraudulent activities. Just like in the Slope Game, where strategic moves are the key to success, careful legal planning will improve your chances.
