Hi Experts,
Wife in DV case not following visitation orders. I submitted a Contempt Of Court application, which was accepted and Judge issued "Notice to opponent". For next date Judge has ordered wife advocate to file say on contemp application.
My lawyer said Contempt cannot be tried at JMFC court and has to be tried at High Court...is it true?.
If yes how Judge of JMFC accepted the application of Contempt and issued notice to wife.
Kindly guide, how to take contemp aplication forward.
