Hi sir,
My father is a former and his smal land and hi property in court case, the case started on 2014 but still the case stage is notice.
I'm not sure why it's taking long time and I'm asked my lawyer about the case he always says "you no need to come to court, I will ask you if required".
I'm struggling to close this case and I have given some property registration documents also, but still it's not clear.
Please suggest me what to do. This case plaintiff is my fathers brothers 1st wife (my uncle was died in 1995). And defender is my father and his brothers.
