Clarification

Did he live with you after your attempted  suicude ? If yes, how long? Was your daighter born after your suicide attempt? If yes, it means he had condoned your suicide attempt, and he cannot now hold it against you. But he can always show it to give weight to his list of cruelties which he would have enumerated. On your part, you have to show( whether you have proof for it or not) how he pushed you to the edge. Remember, No one wants to end one's life to harass someone else. 

Agreeing to his conditions and signing on a stamp paper , well , dicey but you can argue that these things were written under pressure from your husband and to save your family life. One makes admissions of what one had not done to satidfy ego of one's husband and in laws and to save the family life. You have to argue your case pursuasively on these lines. 

His sending legal notice, does it really amount to much? I do not think so.

thank u so much for ur support,actually i have attempted suicide after 5 months of our mariage and after that he asked me not to tell this to his parents as they will be upset, however my parents knew this and they took me to hospital.after this we stayed to geather and our elder daughter was born and with in no time i was conceived and gave birth 2 my younger one . while i was 3 months pregnent with my younger kid, my husband went to delhi saying that his father need some help,initially he cam once in two months and stayed for a week and again went to delhi, this continued for almost 2 yaers and as i was working , i took leave and went to delhi to stay with him, but as he and his mother stared harassing me i came to my parents and he never called me afte that, after 8 months i called him and he agreed to tae me with him after giving written assurance that all the problem r coz of me, i did that and i went with him and this time i have left my job hoping that our relationship would be good, initially he was ok ,but after 1 month his mom started abusing me and started sayingthat iam  a burden o them and many more which i really cant express.my husband used to treat me like a starnger, he never told me anything that went in his family and when his sister used to visit them on her business trip to delhi they all used to sit in a room lose the door and talk for hours.they never treated me as a family member, my husband used to move away when he received ay phone call from his mom,dad or sister, which made me feel bad, n one day when i asked why is he dong this , he started shouting,rolling on the floor and saying that he wants to die as iam harassing him and he dont want to live eith me and he went to his mom(who stays in the opposite house)crying n saying that iam harassing him.as first of all this lady is harassing him and on top of it my husband behaved in this way,  was totally scared, t cant come to my parents and become burde on them as i have 2 daughters and i left myjob, because of all these concerns i attempted suicide and my husband called my parents and he sent me with my parents and said he dont want to stay with me, i still dont want to take divorce as i have two female kids

Hi, My mom died three years back in diabetic problem. My father got his third married (in the time my mom was alive) in which the woman is having four kids of her previous husbands and make my father convinced to get married. my family says that my father has given divorce to my mother but she did not rcv any paper. Now this lady is making lots of troubles with us (me, my sister), she is feeding her big kids with my dads money and torturing us by taking goods from our home and putting wrong words in my dad ear. my dad said he will divorce her but she is blakmalling him. now my dad got full convince of her and doing good with us. I need to know that can i make any case against this lady for torturing and if i do that then will my dad has right to reject me as his son? who has the right on my dad property. me/my sister or that woman previous kids?
