I am contesting in a legal case in Karnataka Appelate Tribunal Court - Co-Operative matter. The Co-Operative society had also filed an appeal petition and I have also filed an appeal petition. Both the cases are clubed. Co-Operative Society's Application is not admitted. Can Advocate of Co-Operative society argue ? If he is not permitted to argue in whose favour the merits will be ?
