Collage certificates not returned

I have submitted my study certificates to the collage but later I have decided to not study and o got admitted in Another collage but what if they do not give my certificates back

Complain to the Registrar of the University.

The college cannot retain the certificates for any reason.

You can take legal steps to retrieve the documents.
